Jean says 'we only back up our files two times a month'.

It would be more natural to say 'we only back up our files twice a month'. (one term, beginning with 't').

Note that this term was not used in the dialogue!
twice: 'Twice' is the right answer here. In English, it is better to say 'twice' and not 'two times', which sounds awkward. Similarly, we usually say 'once' rather than 'one time'. Example: 'You're once, twice, three times a lady' (Lionel Richie song).

If you brush them 2 times, then you brush them twice 1.
If you brush them 1 time, then you brush them once 2.
1 twice: The adverb "twice" describes something which occurs "2 times". Example: I called twice, but you didn't answer. In this dialogue, Hannah accuses Horatio of sleeping "twice" during the day.
2 once: The adverb "once" describes something which happens "one time" or at "one point in time". Example: I've spoken to him once or I once met a man from Peru.

A bargain is .

Twice the price of $50 is .
"It's a bargain at twice that price!"

A bargain is a great deal 1.

Twice the price of $50 is $100 2.
1 a great deal: This is the correct answer. A "bargain" is a good, cheap or low price. Edward wants to clarify that 35 dollars is not expensive. He does this by saying that the price would still be inexpensive at twice that price (70 dollars).
1 a tough negotiation: This is incorrect. A "bargain" is not a tough negotiation. "Tough" shares a similar meaning with "hard" or "difficult".
1 an expensive proposal: This is incorrect. A "bargain" is not an expensive proposal. Edward means to say that the price is a good deal (cheap) not expensive.
1 a good opportunity: This is incorrect. A "bargain" is not a good opportunity. "Bargain" is not synonymous with "opportunity".
2 $100: This is the correct answer. $100 is "twice" (or 2 times) the amount of $50. The term "twice" describes something which occurs "2 times". Example: I am 7 and my brother is 14, he is twice my age. Edward wishes to express the idea that the price per unit would still be inexpensive at 2 times the 35-dollar price he proposes (70 dollars).
2 $25: This is incorrect. $25 is "half" the amount of $50. 50 "divided by" 2 is 25.
2 $500: This is incorrect. $500 is "ten times" the amount of $50. 50 "times 10" is 500.
2 $150: This is incorrect. $150 is "three times" the amount of $50. Note the term "thrice" can mean "three times", although it is very uncommon.
