This is a true statement. Bruno makes several observations about the offices, noting the porcelain door handles, the marble floors and the gold-plated ceilings, all of which seem excessive to him. At one point Bruno says "This building seems rather excessive". It is clear that Bruno feels that the offices are "extravagant".
Bruno does not refer to the service of the bank in any way. His comments and criticisms are based entirely on the appearance of the building. This is logical, as he has not yet met with anyone from the bank!
This statement is not true. At the end of this conversation, a woman announces "Mr. Shadetree will see you now, gentlemen". This indicates that Icarus and Bruno have not yet met with Sam Shadetree.
Towards the end of the dialogue, Icarus tells Bruno, "Frankly sir, this bank makes me feel a little uncomfortable." Uncomfortable is synonymous with "uneasy" in this context.
This statement is false. Icarus tells Bruno that while he was in the rest room, a man tried to "dry his hands". Because Icarus was unfamiliar with this sort of thing, he ran away. However, the man in the bathroom did not "assault" Icarus in any way.
