Surprisingly enough, Luck Duck City is not a real city, although if it were, many people would stop to visit.
While Kevin's plane will be flying through the air, he himself will not be flying. This choice does not mention the airline with which Kevin will be flying, "Lucky Duck Airlines".
"Via" means "by means of" or "by way of". This is the best choice here.
Kevin is not coming "as a result" of Lucky Duck, but "by way of" them. In other words, he is flying on one of their planes.
