when she finishes work: This is incorrect. Although "leisure" usually indicates "free time", the phrase "at your leisure" has nothing to do with the time that Susie finishes working.
when she's feeling lonely: This is incorrect. The expression "at your leisure" does not indicate anything about loneliness.
if she is feeling tired: This is incorrect. Kevin asks to Susie to come by his apartment when she wishes, but the expression he uses does not indicate anything about fatigue. Kevin does mention blankets, because he has turned off the heat in his home.
