I'm 80 years young （是 I'm 80 years old的同义句）一种文字游戏，用来强调自我感觉要比实际年龄年轻很多。

This statement is true. Icarus says to himself that today he is 'thirty-two years young'. In English, to state our age, we normally say 'I am (X) years OLD'. When Icarus says that he is 32 years YOUNG' he is using a common play on words which emphasizes that rather than becoming old, he is still young. '32 years young' and '32 years old' mean exactly the same thing. Icarus' statement is just a little joke!
