Complete the sentences below based on information in the telephone call!

At the start of the dialogue, Philip asks for a ticket in business class 1.

At the end of the dialogue, Philip agrees to buy a ticket in economy class 2.

Philip's new ticket is cheaper than 3 his old ticket.
1 business class: "Business class" is the correct answer. Philip asks "Do you have anything in business class?", meaning "are there any seats available in business class?". "Business class" is the section of an aeroplane with lots of legroom, free food and drink, etc. Business class tickets cost more than tickets for other, less comfortable areas of the plane!
1 first class: First class is not mentioned in the dialogue, and it is not the right answer here.
1 economy class: Philip does not initially ask for a ticket in economy class.
2 economy class: This is the right answer. After his initial surprise, Philip agrees to buy a ticket in economy class, because it is "a lot cheaper" than his ticket in business class. Philip says "I guess I can travel economy class, just this once" and agrees to be reimbursed for the difference in ticket price between his old business class ticket and his new economy class ticket: "I'll take the refund".
2 business class: Philip does not buy a ticket in economy class in this dialogue.
2 first class: First class is not mentioned in the dialogue, and it is not the right answer here.
3 cheaper than: This is correct. Nigel tells Philip that "economy class is a lot cheaper" and "we'll refund your credit card for $2500 - the difference between economy and business airfare". This means that Philip's new, economy, ticket is cheaper than his old, business class, ticket.
3 more expensive than: This is not true. In fact, the opposite is the case!
3 the same price as: This is incorrect. There is a price difference between the two tickets.
