In the conversation, Edward says that his "neighborhood is very loud". This means that the area that surrounds Edward's home is noisy. Poor Edward!
2 accommodation: Accommodation = lodging = any place you stay temporarily (a hotel, a youth hostel) or live permanently (a house or apartment).
