Although the verb "to reproach" does express the idea of criticism or dislike, the idiom "beyond reproach" is actually indicates the high quality of something or someone.
The idiom "beyond reproach" is high praise or recommendation for someone or something. If someone's work is "beyond reproach", then it is very good, or so good that it shouldn't be criticized. The verb "to praise" means to "compliment" or "commend" it. The adjective "praiseworthy" is something "deserving", or worthy of praise. Fiona is stating that she respects or admires the quality of Philip's work.
Something "flawed" is imperfect. Fiona is expressing that Philip's work is excellent, not imperfect.
