1 Hello, my name is Jean.: This phrase is correct and does not need to be changed.
2 Can I call you Howard?: This phrase is correct and does not need to be changed.
3 I've worked for Delavigne for 3 months.: Jean started working at Delavigne in the past (3 months ago), but still works at Delavigne NOW, therefore, we must use the present perfect (have + past participle). In a similar way, Jean should say "I've lived in America for 4 months" because he still lives in America NOW. Note, we use "for" with time periods (I've worked at Delavigne for 5 days/for 4 months/for 7 years) and "since" with specific dates (I've worked at Delavigne since Tuesday/since January/since 2002).
