This is not the best definition. To "warn" somebody about something is to tell them in advance that a bad thing may happen.

This is the best choice here. To "bring something to someone's attention" is to "tell" or "inform" them about something. Bob is expressing that someone has recently informed him of an event. Here's another example: "I would like to bring these sales figures to your attention". Note that the verb "to bring" is irregular: bring/brought/brought.
This is not the best definition. If something has "been brought to your attention", you have not found the information yourself: rather, somebody has told you about it.
