1 gift voucher: This is correct. A "gift voucher" is a certificate that can be used instead of money to purchase items in a shop. Example: "When you don't know what to give someone for their birthday, gift vouchers are an easy option."
2 above: This is correct. The preposition "above" is used for spatial relations where one thing is regarded as overhead another. Example: "My grandfather has hung a lucky horse shoe above the door to his cabin".

1 booked: "Booked" is the right answer here. The verb "to book" means "to reserve", or to "buy a ticket". Note that, as a noun, the term "a book" refers to an object made of bound pages containing text, which can be found in libraries. Another example: "Could you book the concert tickets please? My credit card has expired.".
2 apologize: "Apologize" is the best answer here. To "apologize (to someone for something)" is to tell them that you are "sorry" for something you did. Example: "I'd like to apologize to the whole class for my bad behavior". Note that in the UK this term is written "apologise".
3 voucher: "Voucher" is the best choice. The term "voucher" shares a similar meaning with "coupon" and describes a document which has a set value and can be exchanged for goods. Example: "Vouchers make great birthday presents for people you don't like".

According to Kevin's email, what did option A consist of?

(choose one or more of the following)
This is incorrect. There is no mention of issuing an apology in Kevin's email.
This statement is false. According to Bruno, changing his telephone number is "option B" (the second of Kevin's solutions mentioned in the P.S.). Bruno doesn't mention "option A" in his email, but we can assume it refers to Kevin's first and more expensive solution which includes buying back the product at a cost of 1.8 million dollars.
This is a correct choice. Kevin's lists the retailers that sell Eiffel Shower Gel and estimates the cost of buying back the product.
This is correct. Kevin writes in his email that Delavigne will have to "issue product vouchers to customers who have already purchased Eiffel Shower Gel." This means customers will be given coupons that entitle them to buy Delavigne products.
This statement is true. Kevin writes that Delavigne will have to "offer significant discount on future shipments to all retail partners". A "discount" is a price reduction, a "shipment" is an act of shipping or sending goods. For example: I ordered a shipment of wine and was given a 10 percent discount.
This is not a correct choice. There is no suggestion that Kevin is going to leave the company.

vouchers: Vouchers are certificates or tokens often given as gifts. They represent credit to buy something in a store or online. Good answer!

This is a true statement. We read in the email that Luna will receive "a voucher for $1 off (her) next purchase". A "voucher" is a "coupon": a small piece of paper which has a value in a shop, and can be used in place of money. Sometimes people give vouchers as birthday or Christmas presents. Luna is being offered a voucher with the value of $1 as an apology for her bad experience with a Kwik-e-Market soup.
This is not a true statement. We read in the email that "Vegetarian options include our "Vegetarian Soup" and "Vegan Soup"." A "vegetarian option" is a choice (in this case a soup) which is suitable for vegetarians (i.e. which can be eaten by people who don't eat animals).
This statement is false. Jessica, the customer support representative, writes: "we do not currently plan to change either the name or the ingredients of our popular 'Vegetable Soup'." This means that the soup will not be "renamed".
This statement is true. In the email, we read that Kwik-e-Market's "popular "Vegetable Soup"... is in fact one of (their) biggest-selling products." If something is "popular", it is liked by many people. A "biggest-selling" or "best-selling" product is one which sells in very big quantities.
