This is a true statement. Icarus tells Donna that Delavigne "had the auditors in". "Auditors" are external accountants that officially inspect the accounts of a company, to make sure that all financial documents, paperwork and accounts are legal and legitimate.

Icarus explains that he does and this is due to the fact that he discovered a problem with the accounts which he "eliminated". Icarus has indeed had a productive, satisfying week.
