My daily sessions with Frantastique gave me the confidence to have many interesting conversations in French during a recent self-guided walking tour through the Dordogne region. I began and ended this trip in Paris where, much to my delight, a little shop near my hotel sold busts of famous French people. I bought a bust of Victor Hugo, who now sits on a shelf above my desk and oversees my online chats with him.
