This statement is incorrect. One does not "check in to the doctor's" in the sense of visiting the doctor for an appointment. You can have a "check up" at the doctor's, which refers to an examination of a patient's general health. Please note that the expression "to check in" when used in the sense of contacting someone or giving news is followed by the preposition "with": I'll check in with you tomorrow.
This statement uses the expression "to check in" correctly. To "check in (at the airport)" refers to showing your ticket and passport to airport personnel to confirm your presence on the flight and being assigned a seat.
This statement is incorrect. One cannot "check in on" reports or documentation. One can "check" the financial reports however, which describes the act of verifying that all the sums and figures are correct. Note that you can "check in on a person", but not a "report".

This statement is true. We read in the welcome note that "you can check in any time between 3PM and 3.30PM". To "check in (to a hotel)" is to arrive at the reception desk and register yourself as a guest. You are therefore allowed to do this at 3.20PM!
This is not permitted. The rules state that "You must check out by 8AM on your day of departure". This means that everyone has to hand back their keys before 8AM, which is earlier than 3PM. 8AM is in the morning, and 3PM is in the afternoon: too late!
This is not allowed. The notice states that smoking is forbidden in the B & B, even "hanging out of the window"! This is a strictly non-smoking establishment!
