This statement is true. After Donna asks Susie why she has come to see her today, Susie explains that Donna's car is blocking her own in the staff car park (or parking garage). The reason that Susie has come to Donna's office is to request that Donna move (change the position of) her car. Note: "a car park" is a chiefly British term and is can also be called "a parking garage" in the USA.
