The expression "to beg" for something means to plead or ask for something. Example: the homeless man on the metro was begging for food.
This is the best definition of the term "supplier". Most companies do business with "suppliers" of one kind or another, and many companies are themselves "suppliers". Example: Our company had serious problems when our "supplier" of raw materials went bankrupt.
This is not the best choice. A business that "negotiates after-sales contracts and agreements" would be a company that specializes in contract negotiations and settlement of agreement terms. This type of company would not be called a "supplier".
