The verb louer louer, présent (to rent) refers to renting a property to live in as a tenant, but also to putting a property up for rent as a landlord. Examples: Théo veut louer un appartement (Théo wants to rent an apartment); Nadia va louer son appartement cet été (Nadia is going to rent out her apartment this summer).

Je cherche à louer un appartement (I'm looking to rent an apartment). Note: The word appartement (apartment) is spelled with a double p. In everyday spoken French, we often use the shortened term un appart. Example: mon appartement est trop petit (my apartment is too small).

3 voulez passer :

Vous voulez passer à l’agence, M. Belamour ? (Would you like to drop by the agency, Mr Belamour?). Here we are using vouloir + passer vouloir, présent (want to drop by), which acts as a synonym for venir (to come). Note: after vouloir (to want), we use a verb in the infinitive (passer).
