I read an article in Vague magazine about a course 1 you can take to learn to channel 2 all your negative thoughts into positive actions. For example, "After my divorce I needed to channel my depression into something more constructive, so I learned how to knit."
3 untimely: "Untimely" means "unexpectedly early" and is often used in the context of an early, unexpected death. For example; "My hamster Henry met a very untimely demise. He was in his exercise ball and my brother took it to the park to play football".
