This statement is true. Donna says "Okay, let's just stop right there, boys. Those aren't exactly positive things. Let's try again". Donna wants both Bruno and Horatio to make "favorable", "positive" or "nice" comments about each other.
This statement is true. Bruno says "I think that Horatio has a very interesting command of the English language". By the tone of his voice and his use of the term "interesting", we can tell that Bruno is being ironic. Horatio correctly assumes that this is an insult, and replies (in broken English) "What do you say? You saying me cannot talk the English?!" "To have command of a language" means that one speaks it well, or fluently. Note that Horatio's sentence is grammatically incorrect, and should read: "are you saying that I can't speak English?".
This is incorrect. At no point in this dialogue does Horatio say that Bruno is his best friend. It is Bruno who says that Horatio is his "best friend in the entire world" not the other way round. Horatio has not yet begun to speak to Bruno on friendly terms.
This statement is true. Bruno says "this business would have never succeeded without your help". This means that the Delavigne Corporation wouldn't have been a success without Horatio's contribution. Bruno goes on to say that Horatio is "the most talented perfumer in the world".
