Indicative Present perfect progressive / continuous: Environmental activists have been saying that the Delavigne Corporation may have been cutting corners on its green commitments, a charge Bruno has been pushing back against for months.
Indicative Past perfect: By the time the fire investigators arrived at Xavier's shop, they concluded that the explosion may have been prevented had basic fragrance fire safety measures been in place.
Indicative Past perfect progressive / continuous: Horatio later admitted that he had been worrying Bruno may have been taking on too many charity projects at once, on top of running the Delavigne Corporation.
Indicative Future: The bull-runner will announce next month that he may step back from Pamplona's running of the bulls to focus on fragrance fire prevention campaigns.
Indicative Future progressive / continuous: By this time next year, Delavigne will be telling the press that his company may be expanding its environmental charity work into new territories.
Indicative Future perfect: By the end of the summit, Bruno will have acknowledged that the Delavigne Corporation may have underestimated the public's appetite for eco-friendly cosmetics.
Indicative Future perfect progressive / continuous: By the time he paddles back to shore in San Francisco, the noseless perfumer will have been wondering whether he may have finally mastered the art of surfing.
Conditional Simple: Bruno would say that anyone who visits Pamplona for the running of the bulls may return a changed person — he certainly did.
Conditional Progressive: If the Delavigne Corporation's new fragrance line were ready, Bruno would be telling investors it may be the most groundbreaking product since his grandfather Xavier's earliest recipes.
Conditional Perfect: Had Xavier followed stricter safety protocols, the explosion in Montmartre would have been something that may have been avoided entirely, and Bruno's life would have taken a very different path.
Conditional Perfect progressive: Without Horatio's steady guidance, Bruno would have been insisting the Delavigne Corporation may have been better off without outside investors for far longer than was wise.
Imperative Imperative: « May your passion for fragrance fire prevention never fade, » Bruno told the new interns gathered in the Delavigne Corporation lobby on their very first day.
