J'y vais (literally “I'm going there”) can't be used to respond to the question ça te va ? (is that okay with you?). Example: -Tu peux aller à la boulangerie ? -Oui, j'y vais (-Can you go to the bakery? -Yes, I'm going there). 

Oui, ça me va (yes, that's fine with me) is the correct response to the question ça te va ? (is that okay with you?). Remember that the pronoun me is used for je (I), and te is used for tu (you) PRONOMS COI. We could also say Oui, d'accord (yes, okay). Example: - Je passe te prendre à 15h00, ça te va ? - Oui, ça me va ! / - Oui, d'accord (-I'll pick you up at 3 p.m., is that okay with you? -Yes, that's fine with me / -Yes, okay).

Moi, ça va means “I'm okay”, so would be used to respond to the question comment ça va ? or comment tu vas ? (how are you?), not to ça te va ? (is that okay with you?).
