1 on behalf of: "On behalf of" is a phrase which means "on the part of" or "for" in most contexts. This expression is often found in letters (I am writing on behalf of the citizens of San Francisco), or on the telephone (I am calling on behalf of my client, Bruno Delavigne). Polly uses this expression to explain to Harold that she is calling for Bruno Delavigne or on his part. Note that just the term "behalf" is necessary in this construction.
2 as you requested: The expression "as you requested" describes something which has been asked for, or specified in a previous correspondence.
