You can have a "check up" at the doctor's, which refers to an examination of a patient's general health. This statement is true. We read in the welcome note that "you can check in any time between 3PM and 3.30PM". To "check in (to a hotel)" is to arrive at the reception desk and register yourself as a guest. You are therefore allowed to do this at 3.20PM!
