This is a true statement. We read in the email that Luna will receive "a voucher for $1 off (her) next purchase". A "voucher" is a "coupon": a small piece of paper which has a value in a shop, and can be used in place of money. Sometimes people give vouchers as birthday or Christmas presents. Luna is being offered a voucher with the value of $1 as an apology for her bad experience with a Kwik-e-Market soup.
This is not a true statement. We read in the email that "Vegetarian options include our "Vegetarian Soup" and "Vegan Soup"." A "vegetarian option" is a choice (in this case a soup) which is suitable for vegetarians (i.e. which can be eaten by people who don't eat animals).
This statement is false. Jessica, the customer support representative, writes: "we do not currently plan to change either the name or the ingredients of our popular 'Vegetable Soup'." This means that the soup will not be "renamed".
This statement is true. In the email, we read that Kwik-e-Market's "popular "Vegetable Soup"... is in fact one of (their) biggest-selling products." If something is "popular", it is liked by many people. A "biggest-selling" or "best-selling" product is one which sells in very big quantities.

Trey offers the upset customer (being played by Luna) "a special coupon good towards any Delavigne perfume of your choice". When Trey offers the customer "a coupon good towards a Delavigne perfume", he is offering her credit which can be exchanged for a Delavigne product.
The upset customer (being played by Luna) says to Trey, "It's all your fault" which indicates that she blames Trey and the Delavigne Corp for her problem and her personal difficulties.
Trey is comforting a customer who is upset because of the effect a Delavigne perfume had on her relationship. This problem has nothing to do with any technical aspects of the Delavigne product itself.

A "pamphlet" is not necessarily related to politics or current events. In English, a pamphlet refers to a short book (without a traditional cover) which contains information on any topic. A pamphlet can contain inflammatory political material, but by definition it is a small book which simply contains information.
A pamphlet may contain promotional information, however it doesn't contain "coupons", which are tickets or pieces of paper which can be redeemed for discounts or free products.
A "pamphlet" is a short printed book with a paper cover. By definition, it is any printed material which isn't "bound" like a book. Pamphlets provide information about a variety of topics: politics, religion, new technology etc. Example: We received a pamphlet from the veterinarian about taking care of our kitten. "A book used for recording banking transactions" is called a "bank book" or a "check book", and is used for recording the debits and credits of the customer. Example: Every month I try to balance my bank book, but I never come up with the same total as my bank. A "pamphlet" is not "a book used for recording banking transactions".
