A "schedule" or "agenda" is a little book or list where we organise our time: we note down when we have meetings, deadlines, etc. This is not the meaning of "expense form".
This is the right choice here. An "expense form" is a record or list of the money we have spent as part of our work. Our company reimburses us for our expenses, if we fill in our expense forms correctly!
This is not the definition of the term "expense form". A "receipt" is a little piece of paper which you receive when you buy something, for example in a shop. You should usually attach your receipt(s) with your expense form, to prove to the accounts department that you really did buy the items you want to be reimbursed for!
This is incorrect. This is in fact a list of "purchases" or "products or services bought", not of things sold!
