To feel like is followed by a gerund (a verb in the ING form) when followed directly by a verb:
I feel like going to the movies. Tengo ganas de ir al cine.
Este verbo es irregular:

I feel like (I'm making progress): Siento, tengo la impresión de (que estoy progresando)
this feels like (real leather): (al tacto) parece (cuero auténtico)
