This is not a correct choice. Bruno talks about the possibility of violence when he writes "there is a high risk that this demonstration could erupt in violent chaos", but he in no way suggests that any of his staff are violent.
This is a false statement. In fact, the opposite is true. Bruno writes "I would prefer that no one leave work early to attend. In fact, I forbid it". To "forbid" something is to "ban" or "prohibit" it. This is the opposite of to "allow" or "permit" something!
This statement is true. Bruno's letter explains that the march will take place "on the streets of San Francisco". "Outdoors" means "outside", literally "outside doors". Streets are not generally inside (indoors), so we can safely assume here that the protest will take place outdoors!
This is incorrect. Bruno writes that "a few thousand people will be celebrating". A "few" means more than two, usually three or four.
