Fill in the blanks below with the words or phrases which correctly summarize Luna and Polly's conversation.

Luna wants a box 1 to collect people's ideas.
But she feels strongly that everyone who contributes should be secret 2.
Polly tells Luna that she agrees 3 that people should remain anonymous.
1 a box: This is correct. Luna says in the second line of this dialogue that she will need "a box" to collect everyone's input. She also says that she wants "a pretty one", if it's possible.
1 a meeting: Luna is not expressing that the company needs to have "a meeting" to collect suggestions, but rather "a box" to collect them.
2 secret: This is the best choice here. Luna insists that anyone who contributes to the suggestion box has the right to remain "anonymous". "Secret" is very close in meaning to "anonymous".
2 ashamed: This is incorrect. Luna doesn't want anyone to be "ashamed" of their suggestions, which is why she feels that everybody should remain anonymous.
3 agrees: This is the best choice here. Polly tells Luna that she "will see to it that the suggestions remain anonymous". This is a clear indication that Polly agrees with Luna's request that the suggestions will remain anonymous.
3 does not agree: Near the end of the dialogue, Polly accepts Luna's request to keep the suggestions anonymous. Although Polly is not very enthusiastic about all of Luna's ideas, she does tell Luna that she will do her best to help her make the "suggestion box" a reality'.
Ejercicio 2
Polly tells Luna that she'll "see to it" that everybody who makes a suggestion remains anonymous. Using the context of the dialogue to help you, choose the phrase which best expresses the meaning of the idiom "I'll see to it".

Polly tells Luna that she'll "see to it" that everybody who makes a suggestion remains anonymous. Using the context of the dialogue to help you, choose the phrase which best expresses the meaning of the idiom "I'll see to it".
This is the correct choice. "I'll see to it" by itself, or as the introductory clause in a sentence, means "I will make sure" or "I'll take care of it".
"I'll examine this problem closely" does not express the same meaning as the expression "I'll see to it". We shouldn't interpret Polly's phrase literally!
"I don't care" does not express the same meaning as the expression "I'll see to it".
This is wrong, just wrong. You should know why. Electron microscopes are expensive, and Polly doesn't have access to an electron microscope. Perhaps Horatio has one in his laboratory, but he can be so irritable when people touch his personal items.
