"Best pencils in China. How many do you want"?

Mrs. Lee is offering Kevin:
Although earlier in their conversation, Kevin and Mrs. Lee were discussing perfume containers, at this point in the dialogue, they are talking about pens and pencils. A "container" describes anything (a cup, a box, a crate) which "contains" or holds something. For example: a glass is a container for water.
This choice doesn't make any sense. Hardware describes metal objects and utensils such as locks, tools, or certain types of computer equipment.
Kevin has already eaten very well, and so he is no longer soliciting Mrs. Lee's advice on Hong-Kong cuisine.
Mrs. Lee is offering Kevin pencils, which are a type of stationery. "Stationery" refers to materials used for office or schoolwork such as pens, pencils, staplers, notebooks etc.

Vladimir requests "letterhead" from Jean.

What is "letterhead"?

Vladimir requests "letterhead" from Jean.

What is "letterhead"?
"Letterhead" is unrelated to any sort of bank statement, although some countries do require proof that a traveler has the financial means to exit a country once they have entered it.
A "letterhead" is a company's name or logo printed at the top of official writing paper. The term is also used to describe a blank sheet of paper with such a heading printed on it; this is what Vladimir asks for in his letter - possibly so that he can falsely represent the company! Another example: I scared my noisy neighbour by writing to him on letterhead stolen from my lawyer. "Stationery" refers to writing materials in general: pens, paper, notebooks etc.
An "itinerary" is the list of destinations and travel details for a voyage. Example: Our vacation itinerary included Greece, Rome, and the Pyramids of Egypt. An "itinerary" is not the same thing as "letterhead".
"Letterhead" is unrelated to the content of a letter; it simply refers to its printed heading.
