I can understand a little better the English language when I travel in a foreign country since I've worked with Gymglish. Usually I try to do my exercises early in the morning very often during my breakfast, then I get ready to go to my job .With my bicycle if the weather is fine, otherwise I take my car or the subway. I enjoy to take care of my grandson Oscar who is 2 years old and I play golf with my husband every week end.
