It's time to find some words! Fill in the blanks below with the most appropriate terms from the CD.

First, we're looking for a term used to describe a feeling of happy satisfaction:
I was very proud 1 of my daughter when she came first in her class.

Next, find the term which means "relaxed" or "informal":
Every Friday at work is casual 2 Friday, and even the boss wears jeans.

Finally, let's find the word describing the art of welcoming people to one's home:
Hilary is great at entertaining 3. She's so polite and a wonderful cook!
1 proud: "Proud" is the right answer here. When we are "proud of" someone or something, we feel happy and satisfied about it. It can be an act we have done ("I'm proud of my achievements"), an event, or another person. Another example: "I'm very proud of my great intellect".
2 casual: "Casual" is the best term to complete this sentence. "Casual clothes" are "relaxed" or "comfortable": things like jeans and jumpers. This is the opposite of "formal" or "smart". Example: "I nearly died of embarrassment when Kevin arrived at the funeral in casual clothes".
3 entertaining: "Entertaining" is the best choice here. To "entertain (guests)" is to invite them into your home and look after them, for example by providing drinks and snacks, or by cooking a meal.
