Bonjour (hello) is pronounced like this: . The letters on are pronounced ; the letters ou are pronounced ; and the letter j is pronounced . 

In au revoir (goodbye), you can also hear the oi  which is pronounced .

1 c'est :

Voici mon mari, Jean-Pierre and C'est mon mari, Jean-Pierre both mean “This is my husband, Jean-Pierre”. We can use either voici or c'est to introduce someone. Other examples: voici ma mère, Anna / c'est ma mère, Anna (this is my mother, Anna); voici ma maison / c'est ma maison (this is my house).

1 il :

We could say Mon mari, il s'appelle Jean-Pierre (My husband, he is called Jean-Pierre) or C'est Jean-Pierre, il est gentil (This is Jean-Pierre, he is nice), but in our sentence we need to use c'est to replace voici.

1 ils sont :

We can't use ils sont être, présent (they are) to replace voici (this is). Example: ils sont beaux, tes enfants (they're beautiful, your children).

2 ravie de vous connaître :

Je suis Marie-France, enchantée and Je suis Marie-France, ravie de vous connaître both mean “I'm Marie-France, pleased to meet you”. Enchanté(e) and ravi(e) de vous connaître/ravi(e) de faire votre connaissance are common expressions used when meeting someone. Example: Bonjour, ravi de vous connaître/je suis ravi de vous connaître (Hello, pleased to meet you).

2 au revoir :

Leaving so soon? Au revoir means “goodbye”. We can't use it to replace enchantée. Example: au revoir, à demain ! (goodbye, see you tomorrow!).

2 bonnes vacances :

Bonnes vacances means “enjoy your vacation”. We can't use it to replace enchantée. Example: Bonnes vacances à Paris ! Ramène-moi un béret ! (Have a good vacation in Paris! Bring me back a beret!). Not everyone in France wears a beret, you know!
