(si tu tombes) et que (tu es blessé) : (if you fall) and (you are hurt)
If a sentence or phrase starts with si (if), puisque (since), lorsque (when), etc. and has two or more clauses (or sections), the later clauses must generally start with que. This makes it clear that they are still linked to the first word in the sentence.
