Reminder: when you ask a question with a question word (what, why, where, etc.), place it at the beginning of the question.
-Where are you now? -I'm in the UK.
-Why do you sleep so much? -Because I'm very tired.
Generally when the verb needs a preposition (with, about, on, etc.), place the preposition at the end of the question.
-Where are you from? -I'm from Northern Ireland.
-What are you talking about? -I'm talking about the weather.
Note: In formal communication, some people sometimes put the preposition at the beginning of the sentence:
-From which employee did you hear it? -I heard it from Roger.
