to dock (one's pay): to remove part of, to reduce (one's salary)
Your pay will be docked for every day you arrive late. We will reduce your salary by $5 for each day you did not arrive on time.
Your allowance will be docked until you clean up your room, Charlie!
Note that dock also means "marina", "harbor", or "jetty":
