This is the only statement which is true. Bruno says "I suggest you double and triple check all of your research". This means that Bruno wants Philip to prepare a complete, exhaustive report by next week. To "double check (something)" means to check something "twice" or again, often to assure accuracy, for example: I double checked my pockets to see if I had put my cars keys there.
This statement is not true. Philip says: "We're bringing money to these poorer nations. We're practically saving them from starvation". He is exaggerating when he says this, but there is no evidence that Delavigne encourages or "promotes" starvation in poor countries.
