1 Environmentalists: This is the term we were looking for here! An "environmentalist" is someone who feels passionately about, and campaigns for, the protection of the environment.
2 greenhouse: "Greenhouse" is the right choice. "Greenhouse gases" contribute to "the greenhouse effect", which means "global warming". In another context, a "greenhouse" is a glass building which stays very warm, so we can even grow tomatoes in England!
3 fossil fuels: "Fossil fuels" is the right answer here. "Fossil fuels" are hydrocarbon deposits which we use as fuel for cars, engines, fires, cooking, etc. Fossil fuels are non-renewable, we are using them up more quickly than they are being created, and they produce large quantities of CO2 when burned. This is a bad thing!
