This is an incorrect statement. Icarus says "We're doomed!" which implies that he thinks that the team have no chance of winning the tournament. To be "doomed" is to be "condemned", often to death or destruction. Example: He knew he was doomed when his parachute didn't open.
This is a true statement. Horatio is not present in the Team Delavigne dressing room. Brian says that Team Delavigne "seem to be missing Horatio", and Donna clarifies this by saying that Horatio told her the previous evening that "he was going drinking with his gang of monkeys". As a result the team is worried about Horatio's absence, as Icarus says: "We'll never win without Horatio!"
This is an incorrect statement. After discovering that Horatio is absent, Bruno says "Team Delavigne doesn't give up that easily", meaning that he doesn't think that the team will concede defeat very easily. In this context, "to give up" means "to surrender" or "capitulate", for example: "the enemy was too strong, and so we gave up without a fight". To "forfeit (a match)" is to lose a match as a consequence for doing something wrong.
