This statement is true. Hannah tells Philip that she is "allergic to dogs", meaning that she has allergy problems when she is around these animals. She may cough and sneeze when she is near dogs for example. Allergies to animals are common, but people may also be allergic to pollens, milk, nuts, etc.
This statement is false. After examining Philip's new dog, Brian claims that the dog has 8 nipples (projections of the skin through which milk is delivered), and no "dingaling", (an infantile term for a penis). This tells us that Philip's dog is a female, or girl dog.
This statement is false. At the conclusion of this scene, Philip decides to keep his dog, and not "give it away". Philip's decision to keep the dog is based both on his desire to reconcile with his attractive ex-girlfriend, but also because neither Hannah nor Brian will take the dog from him.
This statement is true. Philip explains to his colleagues that if he "takes care of" or "is responsible for" his ex-girlfriend's dog, then she may "get back together" with him. To "get back together (with an ex-girlfriend)" is to reconcile with them, or to renew a relationship that was previously troubled. At the end of the scene, Philip exclaims that he is "keeping this dog, because (his) ex-girlfriend is super hot", suggesting that he wants to reconcile with her.
This statement is false. Philip never "purchased" or "bought" his new dog, rather it was left at his apartment by an ex-girlfriend. "To purchase (an item at a store)" is to pay for it, or exchange money for it.
