The acronym "LOL" stands for "laugh out loud" or "laughing out loud". It is one of the most commonly used abbreviations in instant messaging. "LOL" is often capitalized when the user thinks something is VERY funny, although I'm not sure how many people are actually laughing out loud when they write "LOL"! Note that this type of Internet slang is somewhat controversial in English-speaking countries, although it is frequently used, particularly by younger Internet users.
This isn't what "LOL" stands for. "Long overdue laugh" is not an expression which has an acronym in English. The term "overdue" means "long awaited" or "expected". For example, an "overdue" library book is one which should have been returned earlier, and hasn't yet been returned to the library.
This isn't what "LOL" stands for. "Laughter over love" is not an expression which has an acronym in English. If someone did say "laughter over love", they would be expressing that "laughter" or "laughing" is more important that "love" or "romance" in their opinion.
Good guess. Not exactly. An "overweight llama" is a heavy South American quadruped related to the camel. The Incas once used these animals for transportation. There is no acronym associated with loving these portly South American beasts, yet there should be.
