* A "tuxedo" is a dinner suit that is worn on formal occasions.
1 ordered: To "order (food)" is to request it (at a restaurant), eventually to buy' or "purchase" it. An "order (for a product)" refers to a "request" or "demand" for it. Example: Brian placed an order for 3 yellow t-shirts.
2 receive: "To receive (a letter)" is to get or obtain it. Philip asks Steffi if she "received our shipment".
3 invoice: An "invoice" is synonymous with a "bill" or a "request for payment". Example: "I will send you an invoice which needs to be paid before I start the work."
4 track: "To track (an order)" is to follow or monitor the order. Example: I want to track the progress of a camera I bought on Hamazon last week. A "tracking number" is used to monitor the progress of deliveries.
5 shipment: "Shipment" refers to "packages", "parcels" and "correspondence" which are delivered from one place to another. A "shipment (of goods)" is a delivery, an order, or a cargo (of goods).
6 due: To be "due" means to be expected, it is usually followed by the preposition "in" for a date, or followed by the preposition "to" for an action. For example: Horatio is due to arrive in 12 hours.
7 refunds: A "refund" is a "reimbursement" or money credited to someone for the return of a product or service which has been purchased. Example: My new computer is defective so I returned it and got a refund.
