This statement is true. Susie writes that she will "attend" the award ceremony in Los Angeles as Delavigne's PR representative. To "attend (an event)" is to be present at it.
This statement is not true. A Delavigne perfume (Adonis for men) has been "nominated" or "selected" from a group of perfumes and MAY win an award. "To nominate (a person for an award)" is to propose or name them as a candidate for an award. Example: Bruno was nominated as a candidate for CEO of the year, though he did not win.
This statement is true. Susie writes that she has heard rumours that a Delavigne perfume "is the favorite" to win a Smelly award.
