1 price out: If you "price out (a competitor)" you make it difficult for a (a competitor) to sell things because your prices are lower than theirs. In the dialogue, Krazy Gidyeon is "pricing out" other resellers who are charging higher prices for Delavigne products. "To price (someone) out of the market" is a common expression. Example: Krazy Gidyeon is PRICING other resellers OUT of the market.
2 undercut: To undercut (a competitor) is to offer goods or services at a lower price or rate than (a competitor). Example: Nice_Books.com is undercutting Book_World.com book prices by 10% (if Book_World.com are selling a book for $10, Nice_Books.com is selling the same book for $9).
