Brent never compliments Candy on her appearance. Candy asks "how she looks", however Brent reminds her that "...this is radio. I can't see you".
Candy mentions that one of the clouds in the sky "looks kind of like a bunny rabbit". She is comparing the shape of the cloud to a "bunny rabbit" or "rabbit", which is a small furry animal that hops and eats carrots. A "cloud" is a body of water particles seen in the sky, usually white in color.
Candy never says that she is going surfing. She talks about having a date with a professional surfer this weekend, but she herself is not going surfing.
Candy says that "if you're in Hawaii" then the weather will have "highs (temperatures) in the mid 80's with no clouds in sight", which indicates that the temperatures will be in the middle 80's (85 degrees Fahrenheit = 29 degrees Celsius), without any clouds in the sky. Candy is predicting that for the people in Hawaii the weather will be pleasant.
