a shrimp: a prawn, a small crustacean (often eaten with Marie Rose sauce)

Believe it or not, this is the correct choice. In Australian English, a barbecue is often referred to as a "barbie". Mick wants to "throw" a "prawn" on the barbie with Philip. A prawn is a type of large shrimp (a crustacean). The entire expression "let's throw a shrimp (or prawn) on the barbie" is an Australian expression which is an invitation to barbecue.
This is not what Mick is suggesting to Philip here. Mick is actually inviting Philip to a barbecue, and he does not specify where the barbecue is to take place.
Hmm. Although a Barbie is in fact a female doll with an unrealistic body, this is not what Mick is expressing to Philip here. A doll is a toy which usually resembles a human.

shrimp: At the end of the audio, Harold says "Let's go get that shrimp cocktail I was telling you about." A "shrimp" is a crustacean. It is slightly smaller than a prawn and is used in dishes all over the world. Note that shrimp has an irregular plural form: one shrimp, two shrimp. Shrimp cocktail is an appetizer (very popular in the UK during the 1980s) that is often served at parties and buffets. It is not an alcoholic drink, but is made as a sauce (or "dip") for raw vegetables or biscuits.
