To "give somebody a call back" means "to return their call by telephone". Rajard says he will give Bob a phone call later in the afternoon.
send Bob his server in the afternoon: To "call back" does not mean to "send" something back.
decide whether or not they have his server: Rajard says that he is going to give Bob "a call back". This doesn't indicate that anyone will make a decision on whether or not their company has Bob's server.
locate the exact position of his server: Rajard says that he is going to give Bob "a call back", and says nothing about locating the server.
