This is not the best choice here. "Washing up dishes" is what we do with dirty plates, bowls, forks, knives, etc. after we have eaten. We can either do this manually, in a sink, or automatically, with a "dishwasher".
This is not the best choice here. To "take a shower" is to wash your body under running water. We do this in a "shower", not in a "washer/dryer"!
This is the right answer. A "washer/dryer" is an electrical appliance used for washing and then drying clothes or "laundry". This useful machine does the job of a "washing machine" and a "tumble dryer": your clothes are both clean and dry after their time in a washer/dryer.
This is not the best choice here. Perhaps you were thinking of a "hairdryer" - an appliance which blows hot air and allows us to dry our hair after a shower or bath!
