Let's review: almost every one of the hundreds is formed following the structure unit (dos, tres, cuatro, etc.) + the ending cientos/as.

300 → Trescientos.

(three hundred)

600 → Seiscientos.

(six hundred)

Between 200 and 999, numbers are formed with the structure hundred + number from 1 to 99.

201 → Doscientos uno.

(two hundred and one)

423 → Cuatrocientos veintitrés.

(four hundred twenty-three)

The hundreds agree with the nouns they precede in terms of gender.

Trescientas cuarenta y nueve personas.

Three hundred forty-nine people.

Ochocientos cuarenta y nueve euros.

Eight hundred forty-nine euros.

Note: we keep the y (and) that we use in numbers 31 to 99 in the hundreds.
