Examples of conjugation of the verb To follow

Indicative Present (simple): Bruno Delavigne follows every development in fragrance fire prevention with the dedication of a man who watched his grandfather's shop go up in flames.
Indicative Present progressive / continuous: The San Francisco surfer is following a new coastal trail on his morning run, board tucked under his arm and Horatio struggling to keep up.
Indicative Past (simple): Young Bruno followed his grandfather Xavier through the narrow streets of Montmartre, memorizing every vendor, every scent, every doorway.
Indicative Past progressive / continuous: Horatio Oléré was following Bruno through the chaos of the Pamplona bull run when he realized, too late, that the bulls were also following Bruno.
Indicative Present perfect (simple): The noseless perfumer has followed the environmental charity's campaigns for years, donating generously and showing up in person whenever he can.
Indicative Present perfect progressive / continuous: Delavigne's San Francisco staff has been following the CEO's surfing progress on social media with a mixture of admiration and barely concealed anxiety.
Indicative Past perfect: By the time Bruno launched the Delavigne Corporation, he had followed every piece of advice his grandfather Xavier had ever given him about building trust with customers.

Indicative Future perfect progressive / continuous: By next spring, Bruno will have been following his new surfing instructor's advice for six months, though the instructor remains unconvinced that nose plugs are optional.
Conditional Simple: Bruno would follow Horatio anywhere, except, as he once clarified at a board meeting, into a room that smells of synthetic vanilla.
