The verb dire (to say, to tell) in the subjunctive

The verb dire (to say, to tell) is irregular and is conjugated as follows in the present subjunctive: 

Dire
Io dica
Tu dica
Lui/lei dica
Noi diciamo
Voi diciate
Loro dicano

Penso che gli dica come stanno le cose.

I think he tells him it like it is.

È meglio che diciate tutto all'istruttore.

It is best that you tell the instructor everything.

Note: all verbs stemming from dire are conjugated in the same way, including contraddire (to contradict), predire (to predict), disdire (to cancel), maledire (to curse), ridire (to repeat; to criticize) and ribadire (to reiterate, to reaffirm).
